Weird fast choppy fading from S Korean SDR, 4x per second which makes me wonder if it's fading or some weird technical problem which KCBS specializes in, //3250 definitely them.
Big into SWDX late 70s through early 90s, then forgot about it and when I returned via SDRs it wasn't at all what I remembered, but I'll deal with it. Grumble, grumble. All SDRs acknowledged, nothing is from my own radio.

I think its a tech glitch... ive heard something that is similar to what you describe which sounded like the carrier was getting turned off and back on repeatedly.
