0304 Rap music, "Positive Balance" per Shazam
0307 Another partial ID: "OK, you are listening to...". mention of SSTV?
0324 OM speaking
0338 Really weak now, if it is even still there.
0347 Still going, I just heard some music, followed by the op speaking.
