For a while now, I've noticed a drifty carrier on 1650 AM, somewhat similar to WEDG 1620, a local (maybe not quite) Part 15 station. With the difference that the signal strength of 1650 is stronger at night vs daytime, so I don't think it's local. It's never stronger than other stations on 1650.
