XFM on 6940 AM mode  with some sort of modern kind of music.

0211 - Time check and ID

0213 - Shout Out to me and Dimbulb

0214 - ID and mention of Sequin stereo

0214 - Male vocals

0219 - ID(?)

0220 - "Imagine" by Perfect Circle

0224 - ID and DJ chatter

0224 - "Take the World" by She Wants Revenge

0229 - ID and mention of some sort of radio

0229 - Male Vocals

0245 - ID, chatter and mention/shout out to me

0245 - Male Vocaled song

0252 - Golden Earring - Twilight Zone

0257 - ID and explanation of time checking

0258 - Depeche Mode - Policy of Truth

0308 - ID and quick DJ chatter

Question - why do pirates now give time checks?

If only XFM would play something I actually know  that isn't modern or rap... Some Queen would be nice! :D - I was born in 1988, XFM (but I know all the Queen songs anyway). I think the first band I followed was the Spice Girls.

Tuned in at the end of the Metallica song, heard the ID and a song intro for Echo 1. Heh - I saw Metallica live in 1988.

Great signal S9 here and usual sweet sounding audio. An occasional quick fade. 45433

S9 +15 into Iowa on the RadioJet tonight. Some fading, but an excellent signal overall. beautiful audio too. SIO 434

XFM Shortwave heard 18 October 2013 from 0206 tune in on 6941AM. ID's and a hello sent to Echo One at 0212.

0214- ID'd as "This is XFM, the power of X in stereo," followed by "Imagine" sung by an UNID male vocalist.

SIO=353, putting in an S7 signal into northern New Jersey on the e1 + PAR End-Fed Z.
