These are stations using internet streaming downloaded from a Russian server. Vadim encouraged other Russian free broadcasters to download thematic blocks from this server and publish them on their stations. Airtime on these transmitters was shared by these three streaming stations.
The locations of the transmitters are ambiguous. The 1575 kHz transmitter that needed a mast probably used a Belarusian center located near the nord border with Russia. The 3940 kHz (stationary) transmitter was located "in the swamps" near St. Petersburg, then near Smolensk. The operator bought a military surplus radio station on a car and shortly after its renovation and adaptation, he went to Donbas occupied by the Russians, where he was "received favorably".
Due to problems in the war zone with power supply and internet streaming (the existing network via Ukrainian servers was failing), the hard-to-obtain transmitting lamps were wearing out, the station fell silent.
