1400 I have a YL in Russian on about 27764.5 FM.
1406 27600 FM EE with German? accent, fairly strong.
1410 27781 FM UK CB
1426 27821 FM UK CB
1435 29650 HB9HD Swiss repeater (ok, 10 meters)
1438 25950 KOA Denver STL
1517 26115 FM YL and occasionally OM in Russian.
