Contemporary dance music, man speaking briefly, 0350 ID into more unfamiliar contemporary dance music.

S5 with signal coming up from being barely audible to almost fair for short periods (like this one.)

Via a recording.  The carrier appeared at 0158 with just discernible dance music.  There was an incomplete ID at 0206 ("?????????? Radio") by an OM.  Then the program was unusable until 0359, when the carrier disappeared at 1238 Cleveland.  Was the broadcast finished, or did the signal just disappear from view????

The carrier was only about 10 dB above the noise, so there was never a chance that the signal would ever be usable.

I never would have known of the signal without the SDR.
