S7 and mostly in the noise direct on Long Island. Strong on the Crowley, TX Kiwi, similar to the way Liquid Radio comes in. Could be them.

While the carrier appeared at 0202, and I heard music at 0207, the quality of the signal never rose above "faint" and "unusable."  The carrier was about 20 dB above the noise, which is not enough difference at my house.  I stopped monitoring the frequency at 0347.
