SDR recording catch, on from 0058-0154 UTC.

I could hear what sounded like sports play by play (baseball?) but not sure if it was from this station or another. This station could well have just been an open carrier.

Using Carrier Sleuth you can see the carrier sign on and go off, as well as the earlier transmission by the usual MoR pirate on 1620.009 kHz:
