6379,54 is offset. Strong in Radioclub F4KIY by F4AZF, France (but I think by ionospheric path), more 'local' in Dokkum Friesland NL (iono), but stable in Leiden with 'digital' cuts i believe by SDR AGC, appears like in skip zone border o near.

Well, that's it... A lot has changed, but it is still incorrect to characterize in detail the location of a free radio station. Anyway, because of the regional nature of 48, it clearly originated in Netherlands or Belgium.

As is, very goog music  8)
