Eccentric came on 6945 after Wolverine SSTv's, about S7 in NH with occasional fades down into the noise.

0220z Eccentric Halloween ID
0228z ID into Cream - Strange Brew
0232z Off (missed the sign-off)

Unidentified station on 6945 USB, light audio and signal about S7.  Music but no ID heard yet.  Eccentric Shortwave but audio very faint.

Eccentric Shortwave, 0220, 11.1.13, 6945.  Came on right after Wolverine's SSTV.  Indistinct ID about 0223, another about 0228.

I had them here fairly strong for a while. Caught the beginning of the show with a song I couldn't identify, then heard Strange Brew by Cream at the end. Hard to make out some of the robot voice IDs, but caught the last Eccentric Radio ID at about 0230. SIO 323

SDR recording, catch, seemed to be on 0208-0232.
There was an UTE on frequency which made reception difficult here.
