Had it briefly at the Pittsburg KiwiSDR, music then a bit of noise and off air. Back on for a moment on 6840 USB, then off again.

2323z - Music. SIO 544. S9+ via Airspy HF+D and 31' vertical. I suspect MRI due to the 10KHz-wide audio.
2333z - Over S9+15 peaks.
