SDR recording catch. 1660 (1659.996) kHz 2200-0222

I suspect this is a pirate due to the sign on/off times. 

At first I was just hearing the usual ethnic station from NJ, WWRU. but then around 0036 heard MoR style music:

0036 James Taylor "Secret O' Life"
0039 Back to hearing WWRU.
0055 MoR music in the background of WWRU.
