26945 kHz 26.945 MHz
26960 kHz 26.960 MHz

also paging signals pager signals on 26.950 MHz and 26.955 MHz / 26950 kHz 26955 kHz. 

Received in Richmond, VA on 29 October 2024.  2 watt power limit, 3 dB antenna gain limit. 

Per Russian regulations:

26945kHz and 26960 kHz:
Paging, car alarms, data links, remote control, RC, RCRS, telemetry, telecommand, alarm links and other general short range device use. 

12 kHz bandwidth limit
2w power 2 watt 2000mW
3dB antenna gain limit


Regulations also indicate the same 12kHz bandwidth for 26945 and 26960.

26.939 MHz - 26.951 MHz
for 26.945 MHz frequency

and
26.954 MHz - 26.966 MHz
for 26.960 MHz center frequency

which overlap pretty badly on 26.955 MHz.
