signal here in the  "pirate band"  was sending c.w. not voice or music.
sadly i don`t know c.w. so have no idea what was going on.

This was actually an UNID numbers station on 6937 CW, and should be correctly logged as: UNID 6937 CW 0404 UTC 2 NOV 2024

Hi.

As long as there is no recording (or transcript) that verifies this station as a numbers station transmitting from either RUSSIA (M14, M12 or M01) it is a UNID station and has to be moved to the OTHERS or MYSTERIOUS section.

No evidence for a typical NUMBERS STATION.

Na,

just because it has an ENIGMA-ID does not make this a numbers station fitting in this thread. M23 is a training station that has nothing to do with SPY NUMBERS. Just as M21/M41 are stations from the ruzzian air defense and M42 (ruzzian ministry of internal) are also not numbers stations.

M23 is a simple Utility station coming from an transmitter site used by the french DIRISI, a civil compund of the french forces.
