Anyone else have this thing at 6912 or so?  Or is it just QRM I need to sort out...? It's always there and doesn't seem to change in strength. Lots of weird stuff around these days, just wanted to make sure.

Hear a signal at 6912 kHz USB in OH, 0116 UTC. N and S Beverages and vertical. Can also hear it on the HFU SDR.

May or may not be the same thing but sounds like STANAG? About 2-3 Hz wide? Recording posted.
