"Unusable" in Wyomissing at 0124 because the signal is weak and the noise is moderate.

Prior, the LSB non-EE folks were almost as strong, but were gone at 0122 or so.

Decent signal here but lots of noise.  Many mentions of QSL, reading HF, etc.
