27 Nov. 2056gmt., 9.445, All India to Europe, female vocal w. instrumental music, news @ 21hrs. with female presenter, "This is the overseas service of All India Radio" @ 2105, now "Commentary", male presenter; erratic signal, shallow fading, instrumental music @ 2112gmt., signal improving but interference on 9.450, Chinese (I think).

27 Nov. 2203gmt., 9.395, Voice of Russia to Latin America, male & female presenters, "Voice of Russia" @ 2206gmt.; very poor signal, erratic fading. Rare catch here!
