Very good reception, some noise - very early for here, over 3.5 hours before local sunset.  ID from Channel 292 website.

1849 "Everybody's Free" Rozalla
1851 Portion of MLK "I Have A Dream" speech
1853 "So Strong" Labi Siffre
1857 Crowd noises  chants/slogans/song?

from the schedule (on web site),
the power for that transmission was 250 kW,
so it was from another site (maybe Wooferton ?)

Correct - beamed East from Woofferton.  Channel 292 act as brokers for Encompass Media, who operate the Woofferton site.
