Hearing music in and out of the noise, s5 or 6.  Sounded like classical music.  A couple good fade ups at 0058, heard a male announcer, sounded like Radio ????? Italia in what sounded like Spanish, but certainly could have been Italian.  Not sure if this is even a pirate, but I could find no listing for this frequency.

Yup, I found a youtube clip of Radio Tango Italia signing off off, and it was the same music I just heard.  Good call!
