1204 Some weak music popping up above the noise floor. Radio Free Euphonia has been active around this time.
1404 The signal just came up - perhaps the band is opening? Nope, back in the noise again.

1201  Repetitive beat over same tone.  If it didn't switch to an ending section at 1205 I wouldn't have been sure it was music. "Radio Free Euphonia  6950 AM." into another piece more identifiable as ambient music. 1210 music ends and carrier continues. 
There may have been music earlier at just audible, however definitely atmospheric music now (1220).
