I was at work this morning chatting on Twente & noticed that BBC on 21630 was running a continuous loop saying "No programs at present on this channel..."  What the hell?? It seems the point could be made by just not broadcasting at all instead of broadcasting just to say that they aren't broadcasting. Again...what the hell??
