Good reception, Unid Tones?

2039 Three quick tones, then SSTV?
2041 Several sets of tones, maybe SSTV
2044 More tones, electronic sounds
2046 Random tones, electronic sounds continues

2050 - sound slike sstv but cant get a decode
2052 - saw "Stern Radio" on the water fall, then another sstv, started getting it to decode on 6950 LSB but still didnt seem right

Favorite Pirate Radio stations from the 80's both heard and QSL'd were Voice of Venus, RNCI, Tangerine Radio, Voice of To-morrow, Voice of Laryngitis, Radio Sound Wave, Radio Paradise International and Radio Clandestine among many others.

This turned out to be on 6945.65 USB, Sternradio sending an SSTV image about 9 times in Scottie 1 mode:



Thanks for the challenge in finding the correct frequency. I think  :P

That screenshot is what Ulver's Dead City Centers looks like modulated out of my system!  Stereo test monster! :D
