Actually, that list seems the most credible I've seen.
I was commissioned in the 80's to develop a body wire that penetrated "bug blocker" rooms. Anything below 50KHz worked well

But what they don't say is that anything above 88MHz is going to be DSS and the UHF+ ones are wideband DSS. Lots of luck finding them in the background noise level let alone decoding it!
