Actually, that list seems the most credible I've seen.

I was commissioned in the 80's to develop a body wire that penetrated "bug blocker" rooms. Anything below 50KHz worked well 8)

But what they don't say is that anything above 88MHz is going to be DSS and the UHF+ ones are wideband DSS. Lots of luck finding them in the background noise level let alone decoding it!
