I was dialing around after hearing a spy cw station down on 8010kHz sending five letter cipher groups...
I then dialed up to 8026khz time 2258utc there was music and a man laughing then it went off the air before I could tune it in.

Anyone got a clue? Wish I had stumbled onto this sooner.
