E11 Caught in UK This Morning 03:17 UTC

I was just trying to fathom out what the unknown beeping was at 5357Khz when I noticed a voice pattern further up my spectrogram
I retuned to 5779Khz and found E11 (had to look up frequency) sending out
Two Fifer Three Oblique Zero Zero
