SDR recording catch.
0233 sign on with robotic sounding voice, difficult to understand anything.
0234 OM talking, possibly a Slavic language?
0236 Some feedback sounds mixing in?
0237 Gone/off

Voice sounds Russian or Ukrainian, I also heard mic feedback.

Sounds like a guy talking in code, I think he is counting.....

I'm guessing Russian numbers station.
