I am putting this in "other" because I am suspicious of ANYTTHING on 6970. (But no WWCR on 6875...) Weak carrier, deep fades. Maybe something---maybe nothing.

I checked my SDR recording, and had a very weak carrier on 6970 during this time period. No audio.
