Per e-mail tip from op - no positive ID heard here in Texas due to local interference.

3450 USB
0156z: C&W song I don't recognize.
0212z: Another C&W type song, no ID.
0226z: Music just peeked through noise again.

SINPO - 21331. Fair signal, continuously audible, but mostly wiped out by heavy continuous local RFI. QRN static crashes not too bad.
(Gopher Stomp, TX - Palstar R30C w/ indoor fugloop, attenuator on to cut down on RFI.)
