ID, into funky instrumental tunes .. S-7 or so Off after 2157 after frequent breaks in transmission, transmitter troubles?

Very tough copy here, due to the wide band UTE from 6910-6940. Listening in LSB mode.

Now some ALE on frequency, to add insult to injury.
