Sign on about 0355z; pretty weak at beginning but signal coming up to SIO 344 here in Oklahoma.  ID followed by RFW tee-shirt offer, music, and parody ad for low-pass filter.

Radio Free Whatever, 2-3-14, 0407-0426*, 6.925U, S3 to S5 here at 0407.  not that strong, but copy is good since in usb this time.  ID & off at 0426.
