New Dasher test period extended

By request the new Dasher on 12890.15 test has been extended.
It will be on until tomorrow 9-30-09 and off about 0000 on the new UTC day!

The slow dasher 12.890Khz heard nicely on the Global Tuners
Penn. Receiver at 1354Utc

ECHO was heard also..it seemed to be a bit stronger...
