1430 weak and noisy, pop (not likely to be Lhassa)
1447 some talking, maybe Lhassa after all...
1500 talking, but too weak, sounds like news on the hour

1453 UTC hearing music just above the noise / shazam no help.

S 3 to 4 with moderate noise & fading via DC9FD, FULDA, GERMANY SDR.
