Twangy Radio, 2-21-14, 0215-0310, 6.925U, heard a Twangy Radio ID at 0215.  Signal was S5 in the static and mixing with other station transmitting on freq.  Another ID heard at 0304.  Up to S9 now at 0307 with ID and then song about getting drunk.
