French language comms, very good signals.  Tuned in via UK based SDR receiver (South West UK) - Wessex KiwiSDR (G8JNJ SDR).

Frequency:  6675 kHz 6.675MHz 6,675.0 6.675,0 kHz MHz 6675 LSB

45 meter band - Echo Charlie freebanders.  Lots of activity on the 6.6 MHz band (EC band) or 45 metre band.
