10.455 MHz USB.  10455 kHz USB.  10,455 USB - popular free band frequency for Russian speaking stations.  29 meter band, I think is what they call it.

Received via UK based SDR receiver (G8JNJ) - Wessex SDR / Flydog SDR located in the South West UK.
