The HFU now has a Robot dedicated to decoding and displaying SSTV transmissions!
Well, OK, it's actually an old iPod Touch, running a modified version of my SSTV decoding software:

It is listening to 6940 USB for any SSTV transmissions in Scottie 1, Scottie 2, or Scottie DX modes. Only these modes are detected, in an attempt to reduce the number of false decodes due to noise, QRM or other transmissions. However there will still be a number of images of static, not much can be done about that, while still allowing the decoding of weak SSTV transmissions.
It's been running on 14230 in test mode, so some of the earlier images are ham transmissions from that frequency.
