6614 kHz LSB, may be closer to 6614.1 kHz LSB or 6614.2 kHz LSB.  Wait, no...more like 6614.15 kHz..although 6614kHz works okay too.  Maybe his transmitter is still warming up - still doing radio checks at the bottom of the hour 2030 UTC 2030z...up to 2032 UTC.   6614.2 kHz LSB
