Sounds like RFW trying to sign on, I hear brief bits of the Soviet anthem, strong signal but really bad audio.

00:17 hearing pretty strong audio with infrequent OP talking Signal about S7-8. Sounds like they are testing.

0050Z Quite weak on the west coast right now. Music heard, possibly old Soviet national anthem followed by male announcer with Russian accent. Just copyable above my noise floor.

Nice loud S9 signal with "QRM" ID at 0057 UTC and then back into metal.
