Hello ! Somebody are hearing this ? Strong signal in Sao Paulo...

I couldnīt decode this with MultiPSK, but I believe it is STANAG...

I have checked for this at various time from my QTH in Missouri USA & via remote receivers & haven't found a signal on 20918 KHz. I'll keep trying though.

It is STANAG 4285.  per UDXF group I found the following log.
