Moved to 21460 at 1520z. Hendrix "Hey Joe" at 1530z.
Back on 15730 at 1600z.

Weak with some fade-outs here @ 1547z.  Thumping bass lines with announcer talking over music @ 1554z. Possibly off @ 1556z
