What is this? It's 25 kc's wide. Seems to start at 4660 and move down about 25 k. Just a beep tone about 1 per second.

What is this? Seems to start at 4660 kilohertz and slide down 25 kilohertz with each beat. One per second. It's an S7 into the Mojave Desert under poor conditions.

Still there at 0610 UTC time on August 2nd. Every time I tune here at night it's there. I've never checked during the day.
