S9+20 here, looks like some modulation of some sort in there as well, maybe data?

10 over here.  Sounds like faint modulation in the mud.  Unintelligible.

0002 - S9+15 here, no apparent modulation...
0051 - seeing what look like pulses on that carrier, still strong....

6947.5, 0048, 5/7/14.  LSB signal popping away.  Not something I'm familiar with, although I'm certainly no ute expert.

There is frequently a carrier here for me.

Hmmm. a little before 2300 when I first listened it sounded like a simple AM carrier on 6947.5.
Now at 0215 it sounds like some simple data transmission like fast morse code and I can't tell the precise frequency anymore.

I noticed it while I was walking the hound. It "pinned" the funky little S meter on my PL660. It was sort of popping last I heard. Pretty annoying.

I hears some data stuff.  I thought it was on 6945, but it is stronger on 6947.

Signal is about a 3/5. It sounds like a helicopter to me.

High speed data transmission or something like that on tonight (May 9, 2014 UTC) around this frequency... S9 +20... not just an open carrier like my May 6th reception of this. Hard to measure exact frequency! Since tune-in at 0015 UTC and still going at 0030 UTC. I used the RTTY filter on the NRD-515 and I guess it's on about 6747 KHZ.
