Monday night I did a Shazam on that tune and got "The Layaways - Ocean Blue".  I couldn't get a second ID to make me feel the first ID was reliable but it seems appropriate.  Couldn't find it on YouTube.

The band's name is "The Waifs"
The lady singing the song also play's the harmonica solo... very cool.
