7039.400 KHz  Russian letter beacon M. Weak but with heavy fading and interference.

4096.360 KHz  Haystack. About 10 dB over the noise floor
4102.725 KHz  Windy is dead/malfunctioning. No signal this morning

4102.625 KHz  Windy??  Long periods of silence then there might be anywhere from 1 to 5 dashes then a long silence again. Maybe it was hit by lightning and the CPU became confused
