2097.290 KHz  "A" beacon.  Weak but noise floor is much lower due to rain
4096.375  KHz  Haystack! Fair signal. Not heard in a while
4102.850 KHz   Windy is strong.  47 degrees 11.8 volts

Battery is not in good shape. It needs a bigger solar panel sized for cloudy weather.

4096.385 KHz  Haystack. Barely readable
4102.875 KHz  Windy. Signal 10 dB over the noise. Light breeze. Temp 62 Bat 13.3v Battery looks to be charging well.
