Weak signal with fading conditions.

03:21z on or faded in
03:27z 'Rock & Roll Radio' - Ramones
03:30z-03:50z test tones off & on

03:21z-03:29z Audio

...there was some weak CW from 04:00z-04:01z after the test tones that may or may not be connected to the earlier tx, but the signal strength was similar:

This was AM here, 0249z sign on, fairly weak most of the time, but some audio popping up from time to time.

Off at 0353z.

Ok, thanks Chris...I haven't had the chance to run the audio through my decoder, but was wondering if any of the tones were PSK31 possibly?

Nothing like PSK31 noted here, but it was extremely weak, JBA as some might say.
