4096.358 KHz  Haystack 10 dB above the noise
4102.850 KHz  Windy. About 10 dB above the noise with fading making the Morse difficult to read. Light breeze. Temp 62 Battery 12.7 volts

for fun I tuned one of the Global Tuners receivers (Indianapolis) and got a fair copy of the A beacon on 2097.3 KHz

I also tried Windy on 4102.8 and could hear it in the noise but it was there.
