2097.300 KHz  letter beacon A is peaking sometimes 25 - 30dB above the noise
4096.365 KHz  Haystack. About 10 dB above the noise

4096.240 KHz  in brief but readable Morse  NITE  sent just once

no sign of Windy.  During the day the battery voltage does not seem to charge past 12.8v from what I have heard so far. Before it went off the air I could hear it all day long.
