4102.810 KHz  Windy. Slow breeze . Signal peaking 20 dB over the noise. Telemetry  92 degrees 11.9 volts

4102.850 KHz  Windy, 25 dB above the noise, sending "H" most of the day. Around 4 AM PST it was sending "S"

I finally have my OCF dipole back up so signals are much better.
